Page Rank is a funny thing, and I find the 4 completely realistic. If you write quality content, you get a high PR, regardless of subscribers or backlinks. My personal blog, which has never seen an ounce of promotion, has a PR of 5. Page Strength on the other hand, is an entirely different animal.
