		<description>Yes you can certainly do that. Over the long run, if you are in a sole proprietorship and get hit with a lawsuit... they can essentially sue you for everything you are worth. If it was a corporation... they can only seize assets belonging to the company, so you can imagine how that may save you</description>

		<description>Other than getting limited liability, is there any reason to run an eBusiness as an LLC or S-Corp rather than simply as a sole proprietorship? I can see in the long term why a specific business entity would be beneficial, but is it okay to operate as a sole proprietor for the first few months?</description>
