It is a miracle that the Da Vinci has actually hit the mark on Wall Street. Having delivered anesthetics to “Da Vinci” patients having procedures from gastric bypasses to vascular bypasses – “Da Vinci” was synonymous with one word, tedium. The cutting edge technology successfully prolonged already low-profit margin procedures to questionably resourced patients. . The logical ISRG strategy was to profit from the decentralization of surgical medicine to Doctor-owned surgery centers. They effectively penetrated the market for more profitable and feasable procedures given to use of the Da Vinci System ( Ambulatory / Day Surgeries on otherwise) Then, these small well-funded surgical physician groups buy the Da Vinci as a central part of its strategic branding as a “leading,” Da Vinci-toting surgical practice / facility.

I think so. Basically its mad expensive, but the whole “robotic surgery” phenomenon has GOT to be catching on sooner or later!
