SquishyCash is a fairly popular and high-trafficked cash incentive website that capitalizes where others fail. I am not going to rank SquishyCash with the tops because it is a shiftcode website, but it remains the best in breed. Where the typical shiftcode interface lacks, SquishyCash fills the void with lots of contests, a professional look and a payout system that works.

Jimvesting gives SquishyCash a 4-out of-5 rating

While I am inherently turned-off by the script this website is based on, there is no doubt that SquishyCash overcomes a lot of the pitfalls. Let’s talk first about the offers themselves. Payouts on the different offers are standard, and they claim to have paid out almost $62,000 at the time of this post… which I believe is true. While this seems “average,” I contend that the way SquishyCash lays out the offers to allow for easier access is a key driver for their business model. They have taken the time to make visual tutorials for completing offers, as well as a credit system for earnings rewards in addition to cash up front. The folks at SquishyCash seem to check offers frequently, and there are many possibilities to choose from in order to make money.

Promotions, what you all care about so much, are fantastic at SquishyCash. I rate them second currently in my opinion of contest frequency and value, right behind industry leader SWATcash. For starters, you get $3.00 for opening your account… without any of the crap that FusionCash makes you go through. The contests run appear to be quite good. In January 2008 alone, there is an entire calender filled with event dates so you can maximize your returns. Things like $3 for every 12 offers completed, and refer the most members for $10. The incentives are fantastic, and they claim to have given out over $17,000 since March 2007 in contests and prizes alone. Read the rest of this entry »

Net Fool Forums Open – Win $10 By Posting

Author: Jim | Filed under: Announcements

EDIT: We all make mistakes. A lot of people have gotten burned on their Bear Stearns holdings. While I merely recommended this stock as a short-term speculative buy, I do not want anyone to get the wrong idea and think that I am still recommending them. The “heat” surrounding the financials sector has died down, but I stay fast with my recommendations on LYG, SPG & AFL as the banking sector is the main bad spot here, but international banks are still out of the hot water. Best regards.

The Financials sector of the stock market is HOT HOT HOT! After the sub-prime mortgage crash all but wiped out stock value, investors seem to have found a bottom (or support for you technical guys) and values have begun to turn around. This is certainly one of the hottest areas to invest because of the oversold , undervalued companies that were normally safe refuge against volatility. Lets find some winners.

Banks – Jimvesting Picks Lloyds TSB (NYSE: LYG)

Lloyds TSB is one of the leading UK banks. As such, many investors first figured they would be hedged against the sub-prime crash in the United States. They weren’t. However, they are now insanely undervalued and should rebound strongly with the rest of the financial companies. LYG is trading cheap at just 7.7 times earnings, and show big upside with minimal downside. I contend that UK banks have much more value than United States banks.

Lloyds TSB was upgraded to a “strong buy” by Standard and Poor’s, improving investor confidence and raising bids on the trading floors. LYG recently raised its dividend because of their strong free cash flow to 7.90%, this virtually guarantees profit for 2008 in my books. Competition is fierce in the UK financial services business, but there are a lot of growth opportunities. Their 12-month target was raised to $57, which is virtually a double from their current share price. Their strong free cash flow should allow them to make strong moves to drive demand, and a beta at 0.78 is irresistible. Get LYG on your 2008 wish list. Read the rest of this entry »

GPT Approval and Stock Pitches

Author: Jim | Filed under: Announcements

This week do we have a treat for you. After toiling away for months on Treasure Trooper’s $100 Treasure Hunt, I am here to release all of the answers to the public. The answers has never been released before, as most members feel that they are required to keep them secret. Yet examination of their terms of service and privacy policy yields no issues.

I wasted my time with this progress, and the fact that I see many other people doing the same disturbs me. So take a look at this walkthrough or whatever you want to call it… and decide for yourself if the treasure hunt is worth your time. There are 13 acts; click the images to enlarge them.

Act One – Stopped On A Bridge
Well… here’s where the headache starts. You will realize right away that this is not a treasure hunt, but a laundry list of things you need to pass on to the next act. Here, a “native” stops you on a bridge and demands that you give him 20 gold coins. These gold coins are from offers, the least of which are the 50-cent surveys that provide 1 gold coin apiece. That’s about 20 offers you need to pass on, get to it. Read the rest of this entry »
